Throughout his career, he developed a deep understanding of physical performance, conditioning, and injury rehabilitation. After transitioning from professional sports, he became a certified fitness instructor and sports massage therapist, building a strong track record of helping clients achieve transformative results in health and fitness. He currently holds the following qualifications
